Hi michagre,
Thank you very much for your detailed feedback!
Do you mean every time after you sleep your laptop with 'Today' list presented, the next morning when you open your laptop there is still the old view you saw the last night, with no refresh until you restart your Doit.im?
We've tested it and sorry that we found no such problem.
Have you tried switching to another task list page and then back, like switching to Next and then back to Today, instead of restarting? If not, will you have a try?
Or, do you use windows 7 or 10? -- I am asking it since the latter has not been supported yet.
Just keep telling us if any problems.
Thank you very much for your support and trust!
- Freshly boot my Windows PC (so Doit is not running in the background or anything like that).
- Open Doit which defaults to "Today" focus, it only shows 1 task which was due yesterday. I expect more than that.
- I completely exit Doit and restart it.
- It shows about 13 tasks which are due today (what I am expecting).
This always happens if I sleep my laptop and don't 'restart' Doit each and every day, it doesn't seem to refresh the view. But now it doesn't show the tasks which are due today unless I restart. This is bad. Because this appears like I have no actions due today when I in fact do.
Before and after screenshots attached (with task names blacked out for privacy reasons).
Please let me know if you need any further information to investigate this. Thank you.

I am using Windows 10, but this problem just started a few weeks back.
It happens everytime I first open Doit, regardless of sleeping or a clean restart now. I always have to open it, completely kill it, and open it again before it will show any "today" tasks. If I forget I don't get visibility of tasks due Today which is starting to make Doit a little bit useless and unreliable to me right now!
I did not realise Doit PC does not support Windows 10, this is a little disappointing. Is there any ETA on when support will be included? Windows 10 has been out since July 2015 now.
Thanks for your reply, let me know if you need further info. -

Also FYI clicking to a different view and back to focus "Today" does not rectify the issue, the tasks due today are still missing from the list. Only completely closing the application (ensuring it is 'closed' from the system tray) and then opening it again will properly refresh the view so that today's due items are shown.

Many thanks for your detailed explanation to us!
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. These are the problems exclusively for Windows 10. We don't have enough hands at present. But we'll try to support it later. For the moment, we suggest you turn to our Web version.
Thank you very much for your understanding!
If still any problems, don't hesitate to tell us. -

Disappointing there is no plans on supporting Windows 10, it really surprised me this platform is not supported as it is over 1 year old and used a lot in business.
Will start looking into other options and not renew my subscription if this is the case, this is the best option you are leaving me with for now. -

Doit.im
Hi @michagre,
I've tested again and found that when I changed the installation position of Doit.im on Windows 10, it works normally! I don't know whether it is a general case, but I suggest you have a try. Maybe it's totally not a problem for the running of Doit.im on Windows 10 but just the installation position! Could you please have a try?
Look forward to your reply!
All the best! -

Thanks for the suggestion. When you say installation position do you mean the folder where it is installed? Can you let me know what location you used?
It was a while ago I installed it but I typically just use the default location. -

Thank you @michagre,
Mine is under Users in C:
Have you tried any place for the installation file, what's the result? Could you please tell us?
Have a good day!
