There do exist problems on Windows 10. We've tested for several times and found that when we change the installation position of Doit.im, it works normally. We don't know whether it is a general case, but we suggest you give it a try.

@Tomoucha There was a user who told us he changed the installation position when his Windows version of Doit.im didn't work. But it would not affect the web version, if you use the latter.
Could you please give us a screenshot of the problem?

It's been reported to our engineer who's checking the issue. We haven't made it reappear by now and will spend more time on this.
