Is this a glitch or is this something more sinister?? I had the desktop app for Mac installed on my computer.

Thank you for your question but we've no idea about it, we know nothing about the content in your screenshot. It's really weird to have our name popped up here.
It seems that it is the site you're using popped it up. Maybe their developers are our fans, or maybe they copied our code but forgot to remove our name.
