Cannot enter in my account in PC version

Platform:WindowsVersion:4.1.34

when I enter my login and pass in PC version program show me error: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0. in Android version all is ok. PC in corporate network, what i need to do to launch application?

We've checked and found there is some problem with your proxy: SAS WEB - ACCESS HAS BEEN DENIED -- access to your proxy is denied. So please contact your network administrator. If you don't need the proxy, then just uncheck it when signing in.

If still any problems, just tell me.
