I'm here to confirm your need: do you want to add a comment on completed tasks (tasks in Completed list) or on archived tasks (tasks in Archiver which can only be seen in web version.)

I thought you hope to comment on completed ones, and I checked and found that tasks in Completed list can still be commented.
But if you want the archived tasks to be commented, could you please tell me your specific scenarios of your operation so that we may help you better.

excuse me - not very often see to this part. so - i want when i click on task that it was finished will appear small window with my last comments about this task and i can or update something inside or put additional comment. for example task is finished, but not with results which i expected. it will be very usefull for mobile versions in addons and web version in order to review. possible you allready have something like this and i am only making noise :) excuse me if it is like this.

Thank you for your idea!
I myself sometimes have the same need. But the thing is, not everybody needs it, even we ourselves don't need it for every piece of tasks. For most of the task, we just hope to check and complete it. For me, I only need to add comments or description in less than 5% tasks. If it is the case, I can just click into the task detail to add comments or descriptions and then check to complete it if I wish. Thus, I may not be disturbed in the rest 95% tasks.

Could you please tell me your opinion? Do you use it frequently? Why?
