i paid last year a yearly suscription and it says my pro account has expired.
I tried to pay via paypal and it the webpage doesn't allow me. Then i checked my payment information and it says that my pro account should be available until march of this year.

We checked and found that you had been our Pro member from March 2015 to March 2016. So there should be no problem in upgrading now.

-- For this problem, please check your Paypal or credit card. If there is no problem for both, could you please provide us the screenshot of your payment error?
