Performance and connectivity timeouts occurring frequently on website

Over the past few weeks I have noticed the DoIT (international) website taking forever to load and frequently ending with connection timeouts. When this happens, I immediately open up another browser window and am able to successfully access another companies website without delay.

Are others experiencing performance/connectivity issues with the DoIT website and is the DoIT support team aware of this?
