This is a followup to;

I actually would argue strongly against adding an "All Tasks" entry to the Today, Tomorrow, Scheduled etc.lists of tasks. These lists are are time-based, and I think that is a Good Thing, as GTD is ultimately (in one sense) about time management. Adding an All Tasks list to this group of lists really has little meaning in this particular context of time management.

THAT SAID, I also think having an All Tasks list CAN BE quite important, and it's one of the first things I set up when I started with Doit.im, and it is TRIVIAL to do by creating a filter:

1. Create a new filter, calling it "All" or "All Tasks" or your preferred variant.
2. Create one filter rule, restricting the list to "Status" is "Uncompleted".
3. Group and sort as you like. I personally group by Context and sort by Start Time ascending (ASC).

I've attached a screenshot of my filter setup to illustrate this.

Hope this helps!
