I agree 100%
This is everything we've been asking for all that time. I don't care if something is broken as long as I know that a fix/update will be introduced at the earliest possible time.
We never said we wanted the best app in the world. We never said we won't accept problems. We just wanted two things: transparency and commitment. It seems that Doit is finally back on track. Of course I am not satisfied with the new app, in fact I believe the old app was more robust, I can see improvements in some places but lack of features in other areas and bugs too, however this won't stop me from using the new app because I am seeing these updates coming along every other day.
I know that on the long run the pace of updates won't be that frequent, but I hope that Doit understands that without weekly or monthly updates (whether introducing features or addressing bugs) it will become a problem again. Please don't just make the old mistake anymore. We won't wait years unless we see commitment and improvement.
Can you please for the last time promise us that you will keep doing what you guys are doing these days? A promise is all we need and a commit to that promise. Things don't have to be 100% perfect, a slightly small improvement every once in a while is better than years of waiting for a big product.
Now that you know, can you please begin working on updating the windows/mac apps because they're outdated and slow? Remember we don't want 100% complete product, we only want to start witness the improvements so we can fully trust you again on putting our day to day tasks in your system with less worries.
Best regards,
Wassim

We appreciate you very much for your understanding and your lasting support!
We have planned to make a redesign and overall improvement for all the platform versions throughout this year, including for iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, and web versions.
For phone versions, we'll release new version every week or so at first, and after the basic features being completed on phones, we'll release new version every month.
For desktop and web version, we'll develop them after the phone versions, maybe web version first and then the desktops.
We welcome every one of you present us your ideas on the redesign and new features of both the phone versions and the desktop versions.
Our principle would be: think carefully before adding each new feature, and when we add new features, we will still remember to always keep our app concise and easy to use. If not, we will refuse that feature. And please tell us your opinions any time if you find anywhere uncomfortable, and we'll try to make better ideas on the point.
Thank you very much! Hope we may together make the app better.
