Hi,
We found you have the same email address registered on both China and International server. The one on China server is a Pro account, while the one on International server is not.
The problem you mentioned seems to be caused by the feature of non-Pro account, that non-Pro users can have but only once sync every 24 hours.
Are you Chinese user or not?
If you are Chinese user, please remember to login with 'China' checked;
If not, please tell us, and we can help you transfer your Pro privilege to the International account.

1) the app Doit.im on my phone asks me every time to correct timezone (which is "inconsistent" on my device). I do it in web, I see that in web version my time zone is indicated correctly but there are no changes in the app on my phone.
2) there is no synchronisation between my account in web and my account on my phone: I can't see any of my tasks in web.

If you are not Chinese user, but have used the account on China Server more than that on International Server, we can transfer your China server account to International server. But before that, you have to make sure that all your current International account data have been moved to China server manually, and you need to delete your current International account (you may also ask us to delete for your before the transfer.)
We're sorry to have made you confused with the two servers, we'll try to add a judgement later so that international user would not register on China server by mistake.

I am not a China user, now I use only my Pro acount on my phone and I would appreciate your help in deleting non-pro account (as far as I understand - the one on International server) so that I could use web version of the app too. I have no data to transfer from account I see in web.

You Pro account has been transferred to International server. Now you need to sign out and sign in again.
And each time you sign in, remember to check 'International'.
