Thank you very much for your proposal!
In the current design of web version, anytime you click the arrow icon beside the '+', you may add project, context, goal.
And we've been considering better solutions, while keeping consistent to use '+' to add a task.
If you have any good ideas, please just tell us.

When viewing Projects, the + "new" menu defaults to "New Task" not "New Project." Would make more sense to create a new project when viewing projects, a new context when viewing contexts, etc.
