The six months Pro as a gift during the New Year Preferential was topped up to your account on Feb 14th.
We are coming to make it clear because quite a few users have asked about the issue.
There was a bug in updating the duration of Pro on the 14th due to our engineers’ misoperation, but it was actually topped up. And the updating problem was then fixed in the next day.
So now the duration of Pro should have been updated in your account. Please check it in your Account Info in Settings.
