Do you mean the two device don't sync even after some minutes? Or even after you click 'sync' in Settings of each device?
Could you please tell us which device do you use, the model of the device and the version of operation system so that we may check it in detail?

I have some problems with tasks that are not being updating when I change to a different device.
If I have been working with my phone and I keep working on my computer I find I still have the same tasks todo in my todo list.
Can you pleas help me? this is quite unconfortable

Thank you for your information!
1. What are your devices and the version of operation systems?
2. If it is windows,
1) Please send us the log in the installation directory.
2) Then, uninstall the app, remove the data under the installation directory, and reinstall the app.
PS: the directory of log is in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Doit.im\bin\logs — replace “username” with your own username in windows.
Look forward to your log if it is windows.

@Kassy Hello. I use an Android 5.0.2 and web on Google Chrome and Safari, depending If I am working on a Mac or on Windows. In the computer I dont use any app, so I guess the problem is with my phone app. Isnt it?

So,
1. on android, what is your version of Doit.im?
2. when you check off a task to complete it in your phone version, you would find this task in your web version is still there but not completed, right?
3. What if you sync manually by swiping down the list page, and then go to see the web version?
