Nope Kassy, you misunderstood, the functionality is still broken. I tried to send mails from different accounts, as well as regenerating the Task Mailbox email address. I also tried to change the address from .....@doitim.im to ....@doit.im.
However, I never receive a task in my inbox. :( -

It doesn't work for me as well for some reason. (it did work once it was first fixed, but broken even after the 2nd fix).

So I log in this morning to find 149 items in my inbox! Why? Because I sent 5 emails to my doit.im email address over the past few days. Each has now created DOZENS of duplicated Tasks!
And as there's no 'select all' feature, I now have to manually delete 144 duplicates.
This is supposed to be a PRODUCTIVITY app. How is this productive? -

So... Again email are not being uploaded.
Can you please clarify what exactly the issue is and when will it be fully solved?
I'm about to lose my patience and check another solution this upcoming weekend.
I started with you as you are built just for GTD, and became even a paying customer (which is one of the things which hold me in the past using other solutions), but now I'm about to move away...
Seems to be way too often, with no clear solution/ or even thinking from your end about compensation for paying users....
Extremely disappointing. -

I also have the problem, but not always. It seems it is dependend on the source mail-address. I have one source which seems to work - if I send the mail from another e-mail account, doit does not create a task of the mail.

it's part of mankind to make errors/mistakes... and at least for me this is absolutely fine... but not reacting is really bad, so to be honest, at the moment I'm asking myself why I am even paying for such a service... -

Really sorry for the problem!
The problem has been temporarily fixed.
We've been checking it and recoding it. The previous days, we thought it's been fixed thoroughly. But still not. So our engineers are still working on it.
It's been so long a time since the beginning of Doit.im, so there are so many codes in it, so it is a big challenge to check a problem. Thank you for your patience and your understanding on this.
