Custom reminders don't work

Hello there,
I'm using iphone 4S with iOS 9.
When I set a custom reminder it does not save. The other reminders work but the custom doesn't at all.
Please help.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback!

Since we didn't have phone with iOS 9, we tried to find one and did do the testing yesterday and today.
I found sometimes the reminder work on iOS 9 but just the pop reminder disappears soon after showing up, but there are also cases when the reminder doesn't show at all.

I've reported the problem to our engineer to check.
