Thank you very much for your proposal!
The following means may just meet your need.
You may add tasks with start time as Next, and add a deadline to it, and add a reminder being a time point a week ahead of the deadline.
Or you may add the start time being a week ahead of the deadline, then on the day a week ahead of the deadline, the task will appear in Today. Though you don't have exact start time for this task, by reviewing the task a week before, you may still decide when exactly to start and change its start time then.
If you have any other ideas on this, please feel free to tell us.
Thank you very much!
Scheduling without start time
Sometimes it's necessary to schedule some actions indicating only their deadline date (and time). These schedulled actions could be activated a week before (to be included in the weekly revision before them) by the system.

That's not exactly what I meant. I want to schedule repeated tasks and its start time should be NEXT, and its deadline, some date and time. What you said could be a workarround but not this feature.

@Gamgster Thank you very much!
1. As for the start time, it's the system's logic that a repeat strategy starts from the start time set. So it would not be changed.
2. As for the tasks to be shown a week before it's deadline in weekly review, we think it reasonable and useful, we'll discuss about it in detail.
Thank you again!
Have a nice day!
