Folks, I've now asked several time and would appreciate a prompt reply.

Now in the App Store, I only see an app for the iPhone, not the iPad. It installs on the iPad but is ugly and a HUGE step back.

Please respond without making me ask over and over again. If I don't hear back from you promptly, I will begin down rating the app. I hate being difficult but I want to know what is going on and to be responded to promptly when I reach out to you as it always used to be.

I have the same problem. iOS says the app needs an update.
Also some old, already tasks show up that are closed on iphone or web version.

PLEASE Update the iPad Version so that it is equal to the iPhone version and also works with future iOS versions!!!!

Same issue here.

I am currently on iPad version 3.9.20 which states it is the latest version, however I get repeated messages from Apple when opening the app that it needs to be updated and will not work with future releases of iOS.

As a check I downloaded and installed the only version I could find in the App Store (v5.4?), but this is the iPhone version which is just awful on iPad.

iPad version seriously needs an update, and urgently. Please advise.

It seems that the iPad version has gone from the app store. I just started to reinstall my apps on a new iPad Pro and could not find the app in the store, just under previous bought apps.

So, either update the latest version or put in a new one (which should be 100% like the iPhone version!!!)

The popup notice may be because the new updated iOS does not support our iPad version.
As it was explained before, iPad version has very few users left now but it costs much more time than developing iPhone version which can be better spent on the development and improvement of the latter, so we've decided not to update this version any longer.
Please understand us!
If you have to use the iPad, we suggest you download the iPhone version on iPad.
