Renew of my Pro account

I'm having problems to renew my Pro accont. On my google account and credit card extract appears the registry of a R$ 51,91 debit to related to the renew of my Pro account. However, my Pro Doit account was not renewed. I'd like to know how I should proceed to have the renew of my Pro account as soon as possible.
