We've checked and found that you have registered in both International Server and China Server. Though they are registered with the same email address, they are two accounts, and the data of the two accounts are on different servers located in different countries so that they can not interflow to each other.
Please check your devices to make sure you sign in the same server, that is, choose the same server (eg:International) on your sign in page.
If you don't need another account any longer, please copy the tasks you need from that account, and then delete it (or ask us to delete it for you) so that you may not make such mistake as signing in to different server accounts.
