Why do you think your Doit App doesn't recognise your payment? Please first check your web version to see your account info in Settings, and then your phone and computer, if any. If the client versions still show incorrectly, please click 'Sync' on your device to see if it works.
Please tell us if still any problems.

Doit Pro payment via PayPal not recognised
Dear Doit Support,
I have paid my annual subscription as per attached PayPal receipt (zipped) however my Doit App doesn't recognise my payment. Please advise.

You may use iAP when you pay on Android or iOS, you can bound your credit card with your Android or iOS account.
Tell us if there is still any problem.
