Hi @rcshel,
Sorry It wasn't about data.
I've found that your Pro has expired on May 12th, which made the Mac version unavailable.
Please be notified to renew your account so as to sign in to the Mac version again.
If any other problems, please feel free to tell me.
Thank you very much! -

@Kassy I am back trying to get the app to work on a Mac. I never had the pro version, only the regular Mac version. I still have the same problem - I can log-in online, but the Mac app does not work. I enter my information into the log-in screen, click "Sign In" and nothing happens. It just sits there and does nothing. I have run the doit data cleaner. Thank you.

I think I figured it out. When I was using the trial version it was for the pro version. I am now trying to use the free version and, apparently, there is no mac app for that. Thank you.

P.S.: It needs to integrate with Outlook

@rcshel Thank you very much for your reply!
Yes, the Pro account has a month's trial time, during which you may use Mac version. But Mac version if Pro only. That is to say, you have the privilege to use Mac version only if you have upgraded to Pro account.
The outlook need has been written down, we'll take a consideration on it.
Have a nice day!
