Guys, are there any plans to update the Mac app? I can remember quite a few improvement ideas and discussions from this forum dating back as far as 2 years. And still existing app hadn't taking any significant updates for the past year or two.
It's not that its bad, it works, its good, for me its among the apps that are launched like 100% of laptop up time, like my browser.
But navigation between tasks/goals/projects, performance and some UI features could be certainly updated and improved.
I'm willing to give some more extended feedback if needed, though I think you can easily collect a lot of it from this Help forum.
Would be glad to get some updates from you on your Mac app plans.

For the previous one and half years, as we said previously, we'd devoted ourselves to a new email app, aiming to integrate it into Doit.im so as to bring value-added experience to our users, into which we had put in great efforts. But unfortunately, the email app proved to be unsuccessful. So we turned back to focus on Doit.im itself again, but already at the last quarter of 2016. And we've been developing phone versions.
If you use iPhone, you may have found Doit.im for iPhone is now updated every month. For Mac and Web version, we're designing them now. We hope to devote ourselves to them when our phone versions are steady. We expect that every single feature we add or improve would be what our customers really need.
It is a good time now if you provide us your ideas on improving the Mac version, since we are now designing it.

Kassy, thank you for update!
Yes, I use iPhone app too, but this is kind of secondary on-the-go tool for me. I mostly use Mac desktop app on my MacBook, and as I wrote it is really one of the most often used app for me.
I submitted a few tickets on Mac app previously, here they are:

Some of them are really minor and don't affect a lot, some are more meaningful.

P. S. Please, be careful with your redesign! A short story: Before becoming paying PRO user of Doit.im a few years ago I used then free Producteev, and I was absolutely happy with it, I loved it! But then Jive bought it, and decided to redesign. What they did instead turned out to be a completely different product with different usage flows, bringing tons of users complaints on their support forum, and making happy user like me willing to switch to a paid alternative. I'm happy with Doit.im now! I'm just asking for some improvements, not for the new product. So, please, just keep up with your good work! Thank you!

We have reviewed all of them again and replied two of them. And for others, we've emphasized them again in our need list to make it considered in the new design.
We appreciate you so much that you love our app, and we'll do adjustments but will not make the app totally different.
