Hi, thank you for your suggestion.
We have thought about it before. But it's just an idea now, we haven't fully considered about it.
What we're thinking of at present is: Build checklists.
We can have our private lists or get lists from others, or share lists with others on a platform or somewhere.
Lists could be dragged into "NEXT" "TODAY" boxes becoming projects or tasks. Even if you have finished all the sub-tasks in the projects, the list itself is still there, and you can use it next time when you need it.
Thank you very much for your advice. If you have any other idea or opinion, please feel free to tell us.
Have a nice day!
Templates - tasks or projects that have workflows built in
I'd like to create custom templates so that I can setup repeatable projects, mini-projects or just repeatable steps to complete a job.
For example, to go to the "store" (my template name) I would have the following sub-tasks under it: take inventory of current food items, create list of items needed, plan trip to Walmart (date/time) and review items at checkout.
A Template simple gets created similar to a project but then can be dragged/moved into the Today, Next or Someday folders. The Template could be a single workflow with sub-projects below it so that it can be completed in order, step by step.

@Sharon_SXY Hello Sharon, I think that Checklists could work in the same way I suggested for Templates. I would be excited to demo or test a future build with this functionality. Thanks for considering this in future releases. :)
