The "Specific Place" you mean, is it similar with a context which is a specific place?
If you want, you can set a reminder at an approximate time, then it would remind you.

thanks but i meant if doit.im would have a reminder, that by your location (by your gps), will turn on the notification when you are on a place you assigned before?

Would be: Add a task, then choose reminder "by location", then it would open a window (could be google map instead) with a map and a search bar to write the direction of the place where when you approximately be on the zone, it will turn on the reminder.
