The buttons appear darker and i cannot press them

Hi.
I write because i cant press buttons in web .
The whole screen appears darker and there is no way to press any option, neither to go to help.
It happens with chrome and firefox

This is the same problem that I experience today. But there was no indeep investigetion from doit.

Refershing doesn't help.
