When sync is executed manually from app settings, error is displayed:
"Network connection timed out. Please check your connection."
It is shown right away after Sync option is selected. There is no time span.

I figured out that it work when using WiFi and fails on LTE.
All other apps work fine on LTE. -

Hi,
Did you allow LTE on when you are using Doit.im?
Please check the setting and make sure that you didn't set LTE off when you use the Doit.im app.
If the problem still exists, we would tell our engineers this issue.
