I bought Pro version and I want to synchronize all my task with mobile app, Macbook app and web app.
The situation before buying Pro version:
I was using the only mobile app for all my task - so there is actual information.
In the past (around 1 year ago) I already had a Pro version using doit.im on 3 devices, so now I have old task also in Macbook app - the tasks are from the year 2016. With the web app it is the same situation.
Now I want to have all the actual tasks which I have from the mobile app everywhere. And the old tasks from Macbook app I want to delete or have them completed.
How can I do that?

We have checked that your account works normally which means all the clients should have all the information since your registration.
1. Do you mean you couldn't see all the tasks on web and Mac version which you added before 2016, and they're only shown on mobile app?
That doesn't make sense, because even if you are not pro user, all the clients sync once a day automatically, all of the clients should have the information.
2. Is it some of the tasks that didn't appear in Mac and web version? Such as repeated tasks or something.
Can you provide us the screenshots of the tasks which are shown in the mobile app but not web version?
