My pro account is not prolonged again - the money were withdrawn from my card.

Hi, my pro account is not prolonged either. I don't see any PayPal transaction. So I haven't payed yet. But I dit not stop the subscription either.
Do you reactivate or do I upgrade to pro again? -

2. Really sorry for the problem in upgrading! We hadn't noticed that Palpal was upgraded. It's been fixed now. Please try again here https://i.doit.im/payment . (I suggest you provide the email mentioned in "1", and after we check it, you may decide to pay or not on our official website.)
