I have many projects, which intersect each other. I have some priorities that change throughout the day. Lately I create a tag from the windows software and then I move to the web application to create an advanced search with this tag and create a filter. The tag would solve if it were infinite. What you could do in place is to create infinite projects or infinite contexts.

For example: I have a company: "Gaspar", I have another company: "Serendipity". I put them in "Projects", but for example have infinite and peculiar things that intertwine. "Accounts payable", "Customer X", "Accounts payable - weekly", "Accounts payable - bimonthly", I could use this as "Context", but it does not work because I have " Which sometimes is context, sometimes is meta and sometimes is TAG. Hence I create an advanced search with this TAG, which indifferently is in the inbox, today, next, someday, waiting. So I put everything together from the TAG. It is much easier, with the tag, at the time I create a filter and I am SURE that everything is there and I do not have to worry about looking for it's context, project, goal or etc.

1. Based on your description, I found you what you need is "area of responsibility". Because the two companies are just like two workspaces. They are neither projects nor goals to be completed after a certain period.
2. Let's see what is a project and what's a goal in GTD system. A project is actually a multi-step task. That is to say, it is still a task, but just can't be completed if with just one step. A goal here is one that can be achieved within 3 months or so. It contains projects and tasks.
3. As for the mentioned "Accounts payable", "Customer X", "Accounts payable - weekly", "Accounts payable - bimonthly", do they contain fixed tasks or do the tasks in them change according to certain conditions in filter like 'start today' etc.?
If you use tags everywhere, you have only one dimension, things would become complicated. So I think we need to get into your real and detailed needs so that we may make everything organized.
