Thank you for your feedback, @mixicz!
It's strange since we sync under the same wifi.
1. What do you mean by saying 'tablet', what's the exact device do you use? And what is the version of is operation system and the version of Doit.im do you use?
2. Could you please ping api.doit.im and send us the result?
Look forward to your reply.
Have a nice day!
Kind regards,
Miroslav Maiksnar

Hi @Kassy,
here are details:
1. Devices (I have same behavior across all devices):
Tablet: ASUS ZenPad 8, android 6.0.1, doit.im 4.4.9
Phone: Sony Xperia Z5, android 7.1.1, doit.im 4.4.9
Web client: Google chrome 60.0.3112.101 (64-bit official build) on Debian GNU/Linux 9.1 (stable), doit.im ver. v4.3.5 build 20150513
2. I'm able to ping from all devices, problem is with actual https connection. For illustrating problem, I started up terminal on tablet and tried connect using curl. First attempt, when my web client was open ended with connection timeout. For second attempt, I closed web client and wait few minutes and curl was able to connect without problem. For third attempt I started web client again, resulting in connection timeout.
Here is the screenshot of android terminal with connection attempts using curl:

When I try to launch android app first, I'm not able to connect from web client until I explicitly terminate android app, so it seems than only one connection from my public IP address is allowed.
My public IP is 93.99.228.14
Kind Regards,

@mixicz Thank you very much for your description!
From what you told us, there is no error in the app itself, the problem lays on the network.
If it's the network in your house, we suggest you check its settings again; or you may turn to your network supplier for some help.
If you need our help in future, just tell us. We'll be glad to help.
Have a good day! -

@Kassy For some unknown reason it started working again this afternoon. I haven't done anything with my home network, so I'd guess it might be something on amazon cloud? It's hard to tell.
Anyway, thank you for support, I hope it will keep working fine in future. :o)
Have a nice weekend
