I can't pay pro account via PayPal. Try different systems (windows, mac) and different browsers (yandex, safari). Here is massage after login in PayPal:
Unfortunately, you cannot complete the purchase at the moment.
Go back to the seller page and choose another payment method.
Tryed to login to PayPal from another sheet of browser. Login was successful, but result with payment the same.

It seems Paypal users come across the problem also when buying in other websites. We also don't know the reason.
