Thank you very much for your love, @Wassim!
We're adding batch editing feature on Android version now. It'll be released in a week or so.
We'll make plan for the coming months in the next two weeks. Please wait and see.
Thank you!
Have a good day!
There were no updates in the past couple of months for the Android Beta version. Have you guys dropped the updates? And if not, when can we expect a new version release for Beta.
We're approaching the end of the year, so can we get a picture of how far did Doit.im go in terms of updating the various platforms? Are you going to set timeframes/deadlines on what to expect? Something not so blurry like we're in the phase or "redesigning the desktop apps". This really is frustrating. I don't know if there are any users left. I bet almost everyone transitioned, but I'd love to stay. Can you please help me stay?
Happy National Chinese Holiday. Enjoy it.
Best regards,
Wassim

@Kassy
Hello Kassy,
I just received the new updates for the Android app. Great great improvements! I pretty much believe it's now as good as the old app and even better, so I will most probably transition but need to test it first to see if any bugs.
One thing I noticed is that you are putting the number of tasks for tomorrow. I don't like that honestly. I prefer the old way where the count only shows for "Inbox", "Today" and "Waiting".
Another thing I noticed since I spend most of my time in Today, Next Actions and Scheduled/Waiting, is that I no longer can understand whether I have tasks in "Inbox" or not because it doesn't show any indications. Is there a chance you can add a little red circle on the "Inbox" tab just so we can understand that we have tasks in there? Maybe switch that off when we are inside of the Inbox, and maybe doing the same thing for "Today" tab as well (so when someone is viewing the Inbox, it shows a red dot or indication that we have things in Today).
Lastly, now that the Android app is stepping from poor to very good, and I'm sure it'll step up to perfect, don't you guys think this is really the time to start developing the new Windows app? I mean you cannot have improvements to the app alone and totally ignore the computer itself, which is more important than the mobile device. Please let me know.
Best regards,
Wassim -

And one more thing I forgot to mention is when we are inside "Next", "Tomorrow", "Scheduled", "Someday" and "Waiting", if I swipe down to refresh it will not work. This will work just fine in other areas of the apps, so can you please ensure allow us to update with swiping down on these views as well.
Thanks. -

I just noticed that the sync won't work when we have an empty list. For example, if you were in "Inbox" and have one or more items in it, then you swipe down, the swipe will work and sync will occur. However, if the list is empty in a given view and you swipe down, nothing will happen. Makes sense?

@wassim Thank you very much for your quick feedback and compliment!
1. Indications for bottom tabs will be seriously considered.
2. The swipe down feature bug has been reported.
3. Number in Tomorrow shows or not -- to be considered.
Thank you!
Have a great day!
