Could you provide any screenshots of your operation, or describe your operation detailedly so that we may better help you out?
Do you mean you've logged in but when you add a task on other platform, like on web, you could not see it on Android?
Or even after you sync manually, or wait for 3-5 minutes, the problem still exists?

We've checked the problem and reported to our engineer.
It's been synced to server actually, you may see the tasks added on phone synced to web version. But there is something wrong with the refresh feature.
We'll tell you when it's fixed.

Hello, it seems my Pro account doesn't work, more specifically - Sync feature. If I try to sync my computer with the phone, it's ok, I can see all the tasks if I downloaded them on my computer but if I put in the task on my phone it doesn't sync with the accont on my computer and I do not see the task((
And though I bought Pro account in DEcember, it always suggests that I should buy PRO, WHY???
