Thank you very much for your feedback!
Our system will be signed out but only once per year if you click 'remember me'. The problem why you've been signed out frequently might be that you have a setting in your browser to clean the cache and cookie regularly or you've cleaned them manually. Please check.
If any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
Have a nice day!
Would be great to increase lifetime of a session in the web version. Too often it is necessary to relogin on site, despite the active daw "Reminders me". It bothered long ago.

Nope, I always use "remember me", but signed out every ~week. Browser doesn't have special settings for clean the cache and cookie. But I use several computers with different operating systems (Windows, Linux) and different browsers (Firefox, Chrome), but one IP, may be server force to clean cookies if using more one browser session?

@Includen Thank you for your detail!
There is no force to clean by the server.
Could it be any extension or antivirus software which clean the cookie or cache?

There is no antivirus on Linux :)
Perhaps, because of the number of operating systems through which I enter the web interface, it seems to me that I have to do a re-entry every couple of weeks, but in fact an autologin lasting a month (in the screenshot the entry was made on the 16th, the cookie with the autologin has a deadline life in a month) is performed in each browser with a delay of a week, for example.
I'll watch more.
But you can, for example, extend the term of autologin at half a year. I checked with a checkmark "Remember me" - the cookie "autologin" is created for the month of the whole.
Sorry for my english. I'm using translator...
