Do you mean that you sent the whole repeated tasks (which exists in Scheduled box) to your contact?
And now , all the subtasks you add to a task before you send it can be viewed by your contact after you send it.
If convenient, could you please give us the screenshots of the viewing page in your Doit.im and his Doit.im?
Sorry for the inconvenience that caused to you.
In testing out your application I have created a reoccurring scheduled "Morning To Do" task with about 5 subtasks and have assigned the task to him from my account.
When I go into HIS account, I see the assigned task in his Inbox, but when I open it, the subtasks are not shown. I've tried viewing the "Morning To Do" task from the web and on my android phone via his account - but the subtasks don't appear on either.
Is this possible to sync/share subtasks across users?

I can't see where I can add the subtasks before I assign the task to him. So it's after I create the task, assign the task that I go back in an add the sub tasks to the task.

@lindseymarshall
Subtasks can only be added on the view page, not on the edit page of a task. Please do as follows:
1. Create the scheduled task "Morning Check list" and save it without assigning to the contact.
2. Go to Scheduled box and click on the task title "Morning Check list".
3. On the view page, add subtasks to the task.
4. Click on the "Edit“ icon on the top action bar and send the task to your contact.
With the steps above, the subtasks can also be shown in your contact's Doit.im.
Shall you need any help or have additional questions, please feel free to contact us back.
Thank you for your feedback and support.
