Is there a was to review my data or transfer it to web app if iOS will not let the app run?

Data on all the supported platforms are synchronized. That is, data on your iPhone version, Android version, Mac version, Windows version are all consistent to that on web version. So please don't worry about it. You just sign in your registered account on the above mentioned platforms, your data are just there.
