1. You may see the time sent both on task bar and task detail page so that you know how long it has been sent.
2. And you may also see the deadline on top of the task detail if you add one.
3. If you mean the exact time to do the task, we think in most cases, you just ask some to finish a task before a deadline, and that very person have the right to arrange the exact time he/she would do it, like 9:00 this morning or 2:00 this afternoon. So we the sender don't need to write the exact start time.

Start date to "Waiting for"
In the "Waiting for" category you could have the option of placing a date of the day and time of the request, and of course, being able to monitor how long it has been delegated. This is especially important when delegating to those who do not use the application.
