I have the Pro account about 3 years. I can see it in my credit card bill identified as GOOGLE *SNOWORANGE but the Doit is saying that i don't have the Pro Account, both in Android app and web. My version is 4.4.9

Your Pro account has been updated, please check by refreshing your web version and manually sync your phone and desktop version.
The auto-update feature has been in the process of being checked and will be fixed.
