I have the same problem! A folder with tasks for tomorrow is always empty. Duplicate tasks do not appear in folders tomorrow and today.

An essential element of GTD is that you have to trust your planning system, it's really annoying if a bug reappears again and again. I'm thinking about switching back to a Excel list - or even pen and paper...

It's been fixed for the present. Our engineer has still been checking all the code and hurried to find the exact cause, trying to fix it once and for all.
