schedule tasks don't work

My schedule tasks still don't work.

Last week this has happened again, after a few hours the schedule tasks appeared.
In the last 2 days this happened again, they still did't appear.

please help!!

Thank you for your feedback and really sorry for the problem again!
It's been fixed for the present. Our engineer has still been checking all the code and hurried to find the exact cause, trying to fix it once and for all.
