We've tested but to find the task mail box feature works well.
And we've checked to see that you've registered both in China server and international server with this email address. Is it possible that you send the mail to the task mail box that belongs to your account in China Server while you're now opening the International server account?
Please check.
And if you don't use one of the two accounts, please delete it in Settings in web version, or you may ask us to delete it, so that you may not be confused.
