Thank you very much for your question!
Sorry for the late reply.
Do you mean your grocery list is a project, under which there are hundreds tasks? If yes, when you complete the grocery list, there would be a popup asking you whether you'd like to complete or delete all these uncompleted tasks. If you checked the complete checkbox of the project by mistake, you could just cancel the popup and the tasks under it still remain in active status.
Could you please tell us the detailed operation of yours? Or do I make a mistake in understanding you?
Look forward to your reply.
Nice day!
I was surprised to discover that when the number of completed items is > 100, they are all archived. And that I can't move archived items back to completed (unarchived).
How do I maintain my large grocery list without constantly losing item to the archive?

I have a project named "Groceries". It has 250 items in it. Almost all of the items are individually marked complete. Items that I actively need to shop for are not marked complete. As I shop for them, I mark them complete. I don't want to archive the complete items. I want to retain them so I can easily mark them as not complete when I again need to shop for them. I never mark the entire project complete.
My problem is that doit.im automatically archives all complete items when the number of completed items is > 100. So basically all of my completed Groceries items become archived (and cannot now be marked as not complete) and hence I have to re-enter them (rather than reuse them) when I want to shop for them again.
Is this a clear explanation?

@tpv0rtex Thank you for your detailed explanation!
We check off things that we've completed, and we need to create things that we have to do again. So what we need is a checklist that can be copied. We've been thinking of this and will discuss more on it.
If you have any further thoughts on it, please feel free to tell us.
Nice day!

One idea: Perhaps as a premium feature, allow a user to raise the number of allowed completed items before archiving happens. I'd want to raise it to 500 - 1000 items.
