Hi
I have the same problem. It's very important to solve this issue because I use this to clean the mail box and organize in one place all the thigs (GTD!)
Please give us a feed back, even for me it's the second time in the last 30 days!

Again emails are not creating tasks!!
It happens way too often, and it's really impossible to rely on such thing for my day 2 day tasks at work.
The most important feature of the paid version is email to tasks, if that doesn't work, and without a clear update from your end (and even not thinking about suggesting any compensation) I might really check about other solutions...
Paying customer for 2 months already, for more time it didn't work than work...
A super frustrated user.

Thank you for the answer. @Kassy what happen with the emails already sent to the inbox? Do i have to sent them again?
IS there any automatic way to see the emails sent versus the tasks received in the inbox? I use to use the email functionality when i don't want to open doit.im inmediatly, but if the emails are not received i'll be forced to manually compare my email client versus my doit inbox.
Thanks in advanced for your answer.
Regards,

I'm in US. And I still see this problem. Can you confirm?
I can't remember how many times this has happened because I lost count of it. This is very frustrating. If I have to continuously double-check whether email tasks show up or not, the whole point of GTD is completely lost.
And please answer @Vittorio's question. Having email tasks show up late in Inbox is one thing, lose those email tasks is something much more hideous.
I have a strong feeling that this issue is not being treated with the right priority and attention since it has showed up so many times. Don't force your paying customers to vote with feet. You must bear in mind that most of your users belong to the GTD community. And this user group has no problem dumping a bad solution and leaving it in the dust.
