Hit there - My mac doit.im software isn't letting me log in. It doesn't say password incorrect, it just doesn't log in. WHen i put an incorrect password in - it does say password incorrect.. So it seems that the system knows my password is correct but still isn't allowing me to log in.
I'm subscribed to pro.
Interestingly - my mobile app isn't letting me use any pro services either.
So, it seems the issue is that my account is listed as a non-pro account. However, my account is a pro account and is not due to renewal iuntil april next year.

I'm reviewing the posts but have found that we missed your post, really sorry about that!
Now I've checked to see that you upgraded on May 24th. So that must have been a sync problem. Each time after your upgrading, you're suggested to refresh your web version and manually sync your phone and desktop version before you can see the Pro status and use Mac version.
I'm writing to check if it works well now for you on Mac and say sorry again.
If there is any problem now, please just tell me.
