Thank you so much for your question, Michael!
We do develop the product, just we're thinking of new ways of presenting the product, its features, to make it easier to use.
We've begun to develop new web version now.
If you have any new ideas, please don't hesitate to tell us.
Nice day!

I feel the same way as michaelp6of7 - seems from these forums many other Pro account users are asking the same questions.
Kassy - thanks for your response but there doesnt seem like much is happening - no comms to users, little by way of updates, iPad version discontinued... Pro users pay for this service, need to know the service is worth the investment. -

@Adrad Thank you for your support!
As I just replied in another post, the problem of productivity apps being not that productive exists in many of the main-stream apps. But to find out the right direction seems not that easy.
To meet the needs of users, but what are the real needs? We've been collecting your needs all the way. But still everyone finds there is still something unsatisfied.
As a productivity app, how can we really make people productive, focus on what is important for each person?
We've been here, for many years. But we don't want to muddle along without any aim. That's why we're still looking for new direction.
You may choose to stay or go around. But we are here.
If you have new ideas on the development of productivity app, or new directions, you're welcome to come back and tell us any time.
Nice day! -

@Kassy Thank you for participating in this discussion.
But developers' position on the product is still not clear to me.
It is perfectly Ok to stop active development of the product, if you are not sure in what direction it should go or for any other reason, however:
1. If it is the case, it should be clearly and openly stated by the development team, so users can make informed decision on whether they should adopt or continue using the product. Usually a lot more resources are dedicated to the product under active development and thus using it gives better quality of service, so this information is very important.
2. Until you close the product, service should be maintained on acceptable level. Looking at it once a week is not enough, because people's productivity every single day depends on your service.
