(If you pay via Google play, please send us your payment info screenshot after you pay so that we may manually update for you, for there is some problem in auto-update when paid via Google play.)

Hi Kassy,
I made the upgrade using Google Play and looks like it worked. attached it the print screen showing my new expiration date for 2019 (I chose the yearly plan).
My problema now is that I'm not getting success on doing the login in the Doit app for mac. Every time I try it returns nothing (attached is the print screen showing what I get). I'm pretty sure that my login and password are correct (since I used then to login on the web browser).
Could you help me up here? -

Hi Kassy... I don't know how to say it in a politely way... but the login problem is happening again!
Really... I don't know what's going on with the platform but really?! you don't know how awful it is... like 10 minutes ago was working perfectly and suddenly it has stopped! wtf!?
Now... once again, I'm not be able to log in... look, I must know if the problem will be solved once for all or I would like to request a refund of my payment...

1. Please clean the local data using the attached script: Click the attached Doit.imDataCleaner.zip, unzip it, and run it. Input yes or y when there is a hint.
2. Then sign in again.

I did it like one week ago... it solved for a few days and then the problem showed up again... Now, it's working but probably it's gonna happen the same thing... I'll tell you then.

Hi,
I've just made the payment to renew my subscription (In my credit card it appears as paid by the way) but so far I didn't receive any confirmation of it from Doit. Actually, it looks like there is something wrong because there is still the invite to become a premium user (upgrading my account) when I already did it.
Please, I really need a support here. What else should I do to solve it and start to use again my app?
