Please refund my money, I asked you that before you finally gave me Pro. For some reason I can't find this message. I decided that I am not going to use Pro and asked you for refund, before you finally found the payment (it happens every year).
It's been 3 days now - that my message without answer. If nothing changes I will have to contact Google play store. -

If you upgraded via Play Store on Android device, you can cancel your subscription in Play Store by:
1. Tap “Account” in sidebar.
2. Tap “Subscriptions” then find Doit.im to cancel.

We're now thinking about a new direction for the app so as to make it easier to use and help you more organized. So the progress for the present isn't that fast. But we're still make efforts to make things better.

I might stay with doit, but not planning to use Pro. So, I am looking for the way to get a refund. -

@Kassy I knew that before I started writing to you. It says, since I missed 48 hours - period when I was not given purched Pro - I have to contact you, for the refund. And that's what I've been doing for many weeks now! Asking you, not google to get a refund.

It should be right to apply to Google for we had checked it previously.
But since you found it so hard, we may return you the money. But as Google would take 30%, we may only return you 70%. If you agree, please tell us your Paypal account so that we may give you the 70% refund. If you don't agree, you may have to contact Google's customer service so as to get the whole refund.
