@Kassy I can't find my latest post, because I wrote in several branches. But I said in it, that I simply want my money back, instead of getting a prolongation of a Pro. So, please, return the money - I am not planning for now to use Pro.

Seems like my previous message about discontinuing Pro was removed. I can't find it on any branches.

Please refund my money, I asked you that before you finally gave me Pro. For some reason I can't find this message. I decided that I am not going to use Pro and asked you for refund, before you finally found the payment (it happens every year).
It's been 3 days now - that my message without answer. If nothing changes I will have to contact Google play store.

Am I talking to myself here? @Kassy, please refund me the money and cancel Pro.

If you upgraded via Play Store on Android device, you can cancel your subscription in Play Store by:
1. Tap “Account” in sidebar.
2. Tap “Subscriptions” then find Doit.im to cancel.

@dmivapi I'm really sorry for the late reply. You may get the refund from Google when you apply for a cancelling of your subscription.

I cancelled, but Google says that it will be cancelled next year in June and it never mentioned any refunds. What do I do now?

@Kassy I knew that before I started writing to you. It says, since I missed 48 hours - period when I was not given purched Pro - I have to contact you, for the refund. And that's what I've been doing for many weeks now! Asking you, not google to get a refund.

Several months has past, the problem is not solved. I am not using Pro and I still cannot get a refund from doit!

It should be right to apply to Google for we had checked it previously.
But since you found it so hard, we may return you the money. But as Google would take 30%, we may only return you 70%. If you agree, please tell us your Paypal account so that we may give you the 70% refund. If you don't agree, you may have to contact Google's customer service so as to get the whole refund.
