thanks, it works now. having said that, you do need an email address that is answered rather than me having to post a public comment just to get some support. after 3 ignored emails, I'm not thrilled.

@monicasood I continue to have the same problem. I've been a Pro user for years but I'm almost to the point of looking for another tool due to the lack of support and the constant problem of emails not making it to the Inbox.
