Tasks I am sending to my colleagues do not appear anymore on their doit, also the tasks they send me don't arrive.

Really sorry for the late reply.
I've been using task sending for years and it always works. Could you please check to make sure that
1. you have added your colleague as your contact in Doit.im and she has already clicked 'Agree' to your request
2. both of you are Pro members
before you can send tasks to each other.
We've checked that your colleague's account is not Pro, which means her tasks are unable to sync in real time, since free members can but only sync manually once in 24 hours, as you may have a reference here https://doit.im/upgrade.
