@Catareos such a shame the support has gotten so bad, I liked the software in the beginning as it was one of the few which made it easy to implement the GTD principles accurately. I don't see much development/improvements with the software though. Guess it might be time to find an alternative. Thanks for adding to the thread, least I know Im probably not insane and its a real bug

Pro Account here as well and just renewed last month. Can't receive emailed tasks as well. It also happens to the Evernote.

Having sync issues now. Found similar software called nirvana. Will check it out soon, looks good judging by a couple of YouTube reviews. Hope it helps

3 months to get an answer from the support....
And they don't want to pay back the paid subscription...
I switched to Teamwork and very happy with the program and the support...
